Enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel. As soon as I entered the hotel, I knew this stay was going to be enjoyable. The staff members were very courteous and welcoming. I came for the world powerlifting competition where my niece won a silver medal. The venue of the competition was also a grand place. I would also like to say that the person (cleaner) who was responsible for our floor (11th floor) needs to be recognised for his excellent and politeness service. I couldn't fault the service he afforded me and my family.

I recently stayed at the Pullman Hotel in Istanbul with my best friend, and I can’t praise the experience enough! The day before my friend’s birthday, I secretly asked the reception if they could arrange a surprise. On the morning of her birthday (which was also our checkout day), I confirmed the details with Nura, the amazing guest relations manager. She was incredibly kind and made sure everything went smoothly. After breakfast, a surprise birthday cake was delivered to our room, just as Nura had promised. She even texted me to keep me updated on the timing. This thoughtful touch made our stay extra special. Thanks to Nura’s kindness and attention to detail, I would definitely return to Pullman!

Everything about my stay was excellent. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly and professional, and especially Nura, the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. Just a small suggestion for breakfast – please consider adding more vegetarian options. Thank you.

Good location. Great facility for UWW under 17 wrestling championship.Hotel staff at front desk, in the restaurant and in general were excellent. Nice big workout area and mats for the wrestlers. Hotel quickly responded to my request to exchange Dollars to Lira. Hotel is a good VALUE.

It was perfect wellcome by recepsionist Mehmet ,Sude and another girl cant remember her name ., I came late in the evening on 16-th jul They explained everything for facilities in the hotel and around., they were soo warm and I recommend to everyone

The ambience & the staff are so accommodating & always ready to help. I must recognize Nudaa, mumad & ajel am not sure of her name but this three were exceptional. We enjoyed every bit of our stay.

The hotel is very luxurious and is the perfect place to host the event and it's visitors. One member of staff that really stands out is hassan at the check in desk, if you are lucky enough to have him serve you rest assured you will be recieving the best service otherwise ask for hassan.
